Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on parts that are unused, uninstalled, and in the condition you received them. Returns are available for US orders only.
How to start a return
Email foggmachineproducts@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Packages sent back without a confirmed return request may not be accepted.
Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, because we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in shipping or isn't what you ordered, email us right away with your order number and photos, and we will work with you to make it right.
